- Complete Application (Non-Refundable, Per Person, 18+)
- Background Authorization
- $500 Holding Fee (goes towards Deposit at move in)
- Remainder of security deposit is due 10 days before move in
- Security Deposit - $800 with approved credit
- Employment Verification
- 2 Current Pay Stubs or W2s
- Rental History Verification (In-Office)
- Renters Insurance Required at Move In
PET CHARGES
Maximum of 2 Cats per Apartment/ No Monthly Fee
- Cat Deposit $450 (Non-Refundable)
